Deathstorm is one of the Shadow Drakes that inhabit Ustream. He was previously jointly bonded to both Jason Shaver and Lord X-Giga-X before being released of the latter dracoimperist's control and becoming the former's familiar. He is a member of the Cult of Ustream, a former member of Organization G-X, and a former guardian of one of the seals in Ustream. He is the father of the young hatchling Zephyrus.

Appearance
Normal
Deathstorm is about 34 feet in length with a wingspan of 46 feet, with midnight blue scales covering most of his body. At the top of his head is a large, bony crest colored a slightly darker shade of blue. Underneath his red, stil-pupilled eyes are a second pair of eyes, exactly the same color as the first pair. This pair of eyes is usually closed, except for when he needs use of them or as a result of a surprised reaction. The wings of the Shadow Drake are tipped black. A row of small spikes runs down his spine. A boney fan similar to the crest on his head resides on his whiplike tail.
Advanced Form
Deathstorm is slightly bigger in his advanced form, although he still stands on all four of his legs. His scales are colored a slightly darker shade of blue. Most of his body is covered by a black thick, crystalline strucuture that acts as armor for the Shadow Drake. It even has an appearance similar to pieces of armor, such as forming a helmet-like structure covering his head. Along Deathstorm's neck are 16 more eyes, all a darker shade of red.
Personality
Deathstorm is a relatively calm and relaxed dragon. Because of his bond with Jason, he has found himself more social than the other Shadow Drakes in Ustream. While normally not aggressive, he's known to show some aggression when people close to him have been put in danger, especially Jason, Flameheart, and Zephyrus. As a guardian of one of the seals and Ustream as a whole, he is willing to do what he can to protect the seals and those living in Ustream.

- Achlympery: An ability inherent to Shadow Drakes, Deathstorm has the ability to manipulate darkness and dark mana. He has had this ability temporarily sealed by Lord X-Giga-X's Tragedy Lock.
- Pyroimpery: An ability inherent to Shadow Drakes, Deathstorm has the ability to manipulate fire and fire mana.
- Aeroimpery: Deathstorm has the ability to manipulate the air and wind mana.
Abilities
- Shadow Bond: An aura ability inherent only to Shadow Drakes, Deathstorm becomes stronger in the presence of other Shadow Drakes.
Equipment
- Stone of Advancing: Deathstorm was given this golden stone-like scale by Lord X-Giga-X. It contains a powerful energy that, at command, allows the dragon to ascend to a state known as the Advanced Formation.
