Kaichrona
Kaichrona is a dimension where the timelines of the Manaverse are observed and kept in check. Its inhabitants, the Kaichronans, created it after achieving the technology to move between timelines. Kaichrona itself does not exist within any specific timeline. Kaichrona is not
Geography
Kaichrona's geography is almost completely made of what appear to be grassy plains. These plains are endless, as they are not part of any planet, but are actually the dimension itself. Within these plains is a single city, itself called Kaichrona as well, that was founded by the Kaichronans. The city sprawls out for many miles with very few tall buildings. In the center of Kaichrona is the Council Hall -- the tallest building in the city. Kaichrona never sees night—it does not even have a sun.
Culture
The Kaichronan culture is very centered to the concept of time—all of its inhabitants can manipulate time to some degree. Within Kaichrona, the concept of time is given two distinct categories, the Chronos, which is how most beings feel time, and the Kairos, which is more qualitative, and refers more to the happenings within time, no matter how large or small the gap may be, though it is usually within moments.
The Kaichronans have taken on a duty to observe and protect the timelines of the manaverse. Not caring whether or not timelines end or continue, they are primarily concerned with spotting and exterminating irregularities within the timelines, with a force of Kaichronans proportionate to the danger of the irregularity itself.
Government
The Kaichronans are ruled over by a council of the best minds in the city. It is here that it is decided how many and which Kaichronans go to eradicate an irregularity. Otherwise, the Kaichronans are mostly self-ruled: due to Kaichronan nature, every citizen is totally loyal to the city and protecting timelines, thus, there is no concern about laws or anything else governmental.
