Drake Kuro is a Euthoran dracoimperist. He is an antagonistic human, seizing control of dragons for his own sinister purposes.

Kuro serves as a major antagonist of the Cult of Ustream canon, making his first appearance in its Prologue as the Cult of Ustream's first major enemy. He was originally thought to be simply trying to conquer the region of Ustream and the surrounding countries with the aid of his trio of dragons: the Pyrespine Helix, the Plated Firedrake Faryx, and the Golden Firedrake Volant. However, it was later discovered that Kuro had knowledge of Ustream's seals, and was attempting to brute force his way through the True Seal by utilizing the combined power of The Shadow Drakes.
